We build software for decisions that are expensive to get wrong.
A small product studio in Islamabad. Three tools, each aimed at one decision where
guessing costs real money or real years — which degree to take, what a departing
employee knew, why last Tuesday lost money.
We don’t build general-purpose assistants. Every product here starts with a decision
somebody has to make, and works backwards to the data that would make it less of a guess.
If a spreadsheet answered it better, we’d hand over the spreadsheet.
One domain at a time
Career science. Knowledge management. Hospitality operations. Each product is built around how that field actually works, rather than wrapped around a general model and renamed.
Evidence, not vibes
Validated psychometric instruments, live market data, real operational metrics. Every output can be traced back to the thing it came from.
Built in Islamabad
We know this market from the inside, which is the only reason Trajectory works here at all. The products are designed to travel.
The work
Three products. One idea each.
Each one takes a decision people currently make on instinct, and gives them something to check it against.
Trajectory
Career intelligence
Your personality and the real job market, in one report that explains itself.
Two psychometric assessments meet live Pakistani salary and demand data. The Career
Blueprint tells you why a path fits you, not just which one to pick.
The problem
Most students choose a field on family advice, a trend, or a guess. Nothing connects who a person is to what the market actually pays for.
What sold, and what guests actually felt about it.
POS transactions and guest sentiment, read together. See which shift underperformed,
which staff member got mentioned, and which menu item is quietly losing trust.
The problem
Revenue lives in one system and reviews live in another. Nobody can see that Tuesday’s dip and a particular name in the reviews are the same story.
Staff scorecards · menu profitability · root-cause analysis

CortexAI
Institutional knowledge
When someone leaves, what they knew stays.
A private AI instance for each employee, trained on their own work — documents,
decisions, and the context behind them. Searchable by the people entitled to see it.
The problem
Institutional knowledge walks out with every resignation, and onboarding takes months because the context was never written down anywhere.
Permissioned cross-team query · zero-trust isolation between instances
Built for
Enterprise teams and handover workflows

How we build
The part that isn’t the technology.
Your Digital Companion
Problem first
We start with a decision somebody has to make. The model is a tool we reach for, not the pitch. If it doesn’t make the decision better, it doesn’t ship.
Show the reasoning
Every output says where it came from. Trajectory doesn’t just name a career — it shows the scores and the market figures behind it. Trust comes from being checkable, not from a confidence percentage.
Ship, then learn
Trajectory is live and serving real users, which is how we find out what it gets wrong. We would rather correct a shipped product than perfect an unshipped one.
Small on purpose
Three products, not thirty. Everything here is something we are prepared to still be maintaining in five years.
